Kirtan !Kirtan is a very joyful meditation. It is a circular recitation of sacred mantra with music. This chanting acts in a wonderful way to uncover our essential nature, revealing the original, Divine Love that hides within the heart.Any donation accepted.

2 hours of yoga, pranayama, and meditaiton (with Gopi) , followed by a fun filled indian, vegetarian cooking class (with Indra & Sakhi MacMillan). At about 1 oclock we will eat that delicious meal together in celebration. (Ask about child care). Menu and cookbook included. Cost $55
